Privacy Notice.
This notice explains how Danielle at Build to Better looks after your details. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), I am the responsible party. You can reach me at buildtobetterschool@gmail.com.
What I collect
- For a free sample: your first name, your email address, which sample you chose, the time you asked for it, and whether you would like an email when new packs are ready.
- When you order a pack: your name, your WhatsApp number or email address, the pack you ordered, and the record of your payment.
- When you message me on WhatsApp: your number and what you write.
Why
To send you the sample you asked for, to send you a pack you paid for, and to answer your messages. If you ticked the box, to tell you when new packs are ready. Nothing else.
How long I keep it
Free sample details: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Order and payment records: for as long as I must keep business records for tax.
Who can see it
Only me. My email service stores email addresses on my behalf, as an operator: it may only use them to send the emails you asked for.
Sharing
I do not sell or share your details.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask to see the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Message me on WhatsApp, email buildtobetterschool@gmail.com, or use the link in any email.
If you are unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
